For best results simply sand down the base gel, epoxy or painted color coat with 400 grit sand paper to improve adhesion of top coat and apply decal set as you wish. Clear coat when done. Made with 3M UV resistant vinyl, UV resistant ink as well as a UV resistant clear coating to help fight against fading.
